Updating a pdf file
https://wiki.gnome.org/Apps/Evince/Downloads 2)Another way is using your web browser (I have used Mozilla) as a PDF reader, writing in the URL bar: file:///Users/Johnathan/Documents/Bachelor/Rp/but this second way has the problem that you must refresh your web browser by yourself. I had the same problem of the PDF viewer not updating.
The fix was: Select: texmaker, preferences, commands, PDF viewer Select: external viewer Then pick adobe reader or whatever app you use to view pdf files with.
As a lot of people use Mi KTe X on Windows they already have Te Xworks installed.
The PDF viewer included with Te XWorks does indeed refresh.
or right click any PDF file and select to open with Te Xworks.
My new file shows the adobe acrobat icon and signifies pdf in file type but won't load.
To save the copy in a different location, click a different folder in the folder list.
Tip: If you're going to create a new file, based on an existing file, but only want your changes saved in the new file it's a good idea to do the Save a Copy process first thing; before you've made any changes.
I can't figure out where this old file even exists and why it won't overwrite!!
You can save a file to a folder on your hard disk drive, a network location, the cloud, a DVD, the desktop, flash drive, or save as another file format such as RTF, CSV or PDF.
